Celebrate 25 Years of Harry Potter with New Lego Sets, Featuring a Special Collector’s Edition!

Eight new Harry Potter Lego sets have hit the shelves this week at major retailers like Amazon and Best Buy. Fans of the series should definitely check out the 25th Anniversary sets, which celebrate the milestone of the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone film. This special collection features five models and playsets that pay homage to the beloved 2001 movie. The standout piece is the Lego Harry Potter 25th Anniversary Sorcerer’s Stone Collector’s Edition, a detailed 1,571-piece display model showcasing iconic characters, objects, and scenes from the film. Priced at $170, this Collector’s Edition is already backordered at the Lego Store but is available at Amazon and Best Buy. If you’re a My Best Buy Plus/Total member, you can snag it for $153 with a 10% discount. This new set is reminiscent of the Hogwarts Icons Collector’s Edition from the 20th Anniversary celebration in 2021, which also featured Hedwig and various items from the first movie. Keep in mind that the 3,010-piece Hogwarts Icons set is now retired and often sells for significantly more than its original $300 price tag, making this new model even more appealing.

The 25th Anniversary lineup also includes four additional playsets, each packed with minifigures and an exclusive Patronus figure. The 764-piece Luna Lovegood’s House set features her Hare Patronus, while the Hogwarts Castle: Hospital Wing playset includes seven minifigures, a buildable spider, and Remus Lupin’s Wolf Patronus. Hermione Granger’s Otter Patronus is part of the 652-piece Cauldron: Secret Potions Classroom set. The smallest set in the collection is the Sorting Hat Ceremony, priced at $15, which includes four minifigures and Professor McGonagall’s Cat Patronus.

Here’s a quick look at the new sets:
– Sorcerer’s Stone Collector’s Edition (1,571 pieces) — $170

In addition to the 25th Anniversary sets, there are three more new Lego Harry Potter sets. Also included is the 3,228-piece Hogsmeade Village Collector’s Edition, which just launched at major retailers after being exclusive to the Lego Store since its initial release in September.
