Govee is making waves in the lighting scene, expanding its offerings beyond bulbs and LED strips to tackle a new area: the ceiling. At CES 2026, the company unveiled two innovative products: the Sky Ceiling Light and the Ceiling Light Ultra.

The Sky Ceiling Light is crafted to replicate natural daylight, creating the illusion of an outdoor view, making it a perfect fit for windowless rooms. Govee claims it delivers “refined white-light performance” that fosters a “calming, uplifting atmosphere” in any space. This light features custom LEDs that enhance the realism of color transitions from daylight to sunset, with a color temperature range from 2,700K to 6,500K and a maximum brightness of 5,200 lumens at 6,500K. Details on pricing and availability are still under wraps.

The Ceiling Light Ultra is being promoted as “the industry’s first ceiling light designed as a true creative canvas.” This model boasts 616 individually controllable RGB LEDs, making it one of the most densely packed options available. It can showcase over 20 preset lighting effects, along with custom designs. Visually, it resembles a larger, more advanced version of the display found on the original HomePod. The Govee app includes AI Lighting Bot 2.0, which transforms your text prompts into dynamic lighting arrangements for this model. Pricing and availability for this product have yet to be revealed.
