Filming for Fallout Season 3 Could Begin Sooner Than Anticipated
War may be constant, but the plans for major TV productions are always evolving. A recent update indicates that filming for Fallout Season 3 could kick off as early as May 1, which is nearly two months ahead of earlier expectations. The Prime series will be shot in Santa Clarita, California, a location also used for Season 2, according to ProductionList.com. Last month, executive producer Jonathan Nolan mentioned their goal to start filming this summer, aiming to get Season 3 on air as soon as possible. This new information confirms that creators Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner will return as well. Nolan hinted at this during a conversation with IGN in December. Additionally, Frederick E.O. Toye, who has directed several episodes of the Fallout series, is set to return for Season 3. Toye has also worked on projects like Shogun and Westworld. Currently, Fallout is in the midst of Season 2, with the fourth episode just released, which pays homage to some of the franchise’s best DLC. This isn’t the first time Season 2 has woven elements from the video game series into its narrative. The season finale is scheduled to air on February 4. While there’s no confirmed release date for Season 3 yet, the updated filming timeline suggests that Nolan is eager for the show to return quickly.
