Top TVs Showcased at CES 2026
CES showcases a variety of innovations, giving us a glimpse into the future of tech, unveiling quirky gadgets, and allowing companies to flaunt their latest advancements. While the event may not have delivered as many forward-looking surprises as anticipated, the tech on display was certainly impressive.
**LG W6 Wallpaper TV**
First introduced in 2017, LG’s Wallpaper TV has made a comeback with the W6 model. This ultra-slim TV measures just 9 millimeters thick and features stylish linear patterns around its edges for added durability. It mounts flush against the wall and utilizes the wireless Zero Connect Box 2.0, minimizing cable clutter (though a thin power cable is still present). The new box is 35% smaller than its predecessor and supports 4K signals up to 165Hz across all HDMI ports, marking a first for TVs. The W6 boasts LG’s Primary RGB Tandem 2.0 panel and Hyper Radiant Color Technology, promising a 20% increase in brightness over the G5, which previously hit over 2,400 nits. Additionally, it processes 12-bit color depth, enhancing its ability to handle 10-bit signals and reducing visual artifacts.
**TCL X11L SQD Mini LED TV**
TCL’s standout offering at the show was the X11L SQD-Mini LED, with no details shared about its other models. This TV employs blue LEDs instead of the typical RGB ones, claiming an astonishing brightness of 10,000 nits, up to 20,000 dimming zones, and full coverage of the BT.2020 color gamut. This is made possible by TCL’s innovative reformulated quantum dots and an upgraded color filter from its panel manufacturing division. The result is stunning color quality and impressive blooming control, although the entry price for the 75-inch model starts at $6,999.99.
**Samsung 130-inch R95H**
Samsung made a bold statement at CES with its 130-inch R95H Micro RGB TV, the largest of its kind. Featuring the Timeless Frame design, it appears to float within its metal frame. The R95H supports 100% of the BT.2020 color space, has a glare-free screen, and is compatible with HDR10+ Advanced. However, it’s important to note that this model is still a prototype, so it’s not yet available for home setups.
**Hisense 116-inch UXS**
Hisense, a pioneer in the RGB LED market, has introduced the 116-inch UXS, which now features RGCB LED technology by adding a cyan LED to its backlight. This enhancement smooths the transition between blue and green, reducing color crosstalk and improving color purity. It also lowers blue light output, which can help alleviate eye strain and support better circadian rhythms. The addition of the cyan LED boosts the UXS’s BT.2020 coverage to an impressive 110%.
**LG G6 OLED**
LG’s flagship G6 model shares many features with the W6 Wallpaper TV, including the Primary RGB Tandem panel and Hyper Radiant Color Technology, promising a 20% brightness increase over the previous G5. LG claims the G6 will deliver deeper blacks and incorporates reflection-free technology, achieving less than 0.5% reflectance to maintain rich, dark visuals in any lighting condition.
