Asus Unveils Exciting ROG x Kojima Productions Gaming Accessory Collection
ASUS ROG has joined forces with Kojima Productions to launch a limited-edition line of gaming accessories, featuring a uniquely designed gaming mouse, a wireless headset, and a special version of the Asus ROG Flow Z13 gaming tablet, all inspired by Kojima’s iconic Ludens mascot.
The standout piece of this collection, unveiled at CES 2026, is the Flow Z13-KJP. Crafted in collaboration with renowned game artist Yoji Shinkawa, it boasts sleek CNC-aluminum cutouts and intricate gold and white accents.
This 2-in-1 gaming tablet not only looks stunning but is also equipped with a 13.4-inch ROG Nebula Display and powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor. It’s a visual marvel on its own, but it truly shines when paired with the rest of the Ludens-themed accessories.
Yoji Shinkawa expressed on the official product page that he aimed to create a device that embodies Ludens, and that vision is evident in every detail of this tablet. Its sharp edges and custom carrying case resonate with the robotic, skeletal mascot, reminiscent of something Sam might carry through the rugged landscapes of Death Stranding, thanks to its sci-fi flair.
The ROG Delta II-KJP gaming headset is another highlight of this limited edition lineup. As a gaming headset enthusiast, this is the piece that has captured my attention the most. It features an RGB-lit Ludens logo on one side of the ear cups and offers tri-mode connectivity (Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, and wired), along with 50 mm Titanium-Plated Diaphragm audio drivers, an impressive 110-hour battery life, and a 10 mm Super-Wideband microphone.
And of course, no collaboration would be complete without a matching gaming mouse. The ROG x Kojima Productions line includes the ROG Keris II Origin-KJP Edition gaming mouse, which features a golden-glowing Ludens logo on the palm rest, mirroring the headset. This sleek white and dark gray mouse is equipped with a 42,000dpi optical sensor and supports 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, and wired connectivity, along with ROG Micro Switch II switches.
To complete the collection, ROG and Kojima Productions have also created a matching ROG Scabbard II XXL-KJP mouse mat, prominently displaying the Ludens logo illustrated by Yoji Shinkawa himself. I must admit, I prefer this beautifully rendered version of Ludens over the one I see every time I boot up Death Stranding Director’s Cut on my PS5.
If this collection has reignited your passion for Kojima’s games, you might be disappointed to learn that pricing and availability details for the ROG x Kojima Productions gear are still under wraps. The Asus ROG Flow Z13 configuration reviewed last year had an MSRP of $1,999.99, so expect to shell out a bit more for this exclusive collaboration.
In the meantime, you could opt for the standard versions of the tablet, headset, and mouse to save some cash. However, that won’t make you the envy of your Death Stranding-loving friends, nor will it grant you the exclusive Armoury Crate theme that comes with each item in this collaboration.
