Find Rotor and Tube Blueprints in StarRupture
Finding the Rotor and Tube blueprints in StarRupture is crucial, as they are essential for crafting various items. While some items can be created immediately with enough materials, others require specific blueprints before you can start crafting.
The Rotor and Tube are among those items that necessitate some groundwork. Unfortunately, the game doesn’t provide guidance on where to locate these blueprints, and the planet’s surface can appear quite desolate at first. To help you out, here’s how to find the Rotor and Tube blueprints in StarRupture.
The blueprints are located at an abandoned base to the west of your starting point. Look for the remnants of a destroyed metal dish peeking over the rugged cliffs in the distance—that’s your destination.
Be prepared for a fight, as this area is infested with Vermin. Bring along some weapons and ammo; your starting pistol should suffice, but be aware that tougher Vermin may require multiple shots to take down. Once you scale the cliffside and enter the base, expect to be swarmed by Vermin, which will continue to spawn as long as you’re in the area. Keep moving to avoid being overwhelmed. The Rotor and Tube blueprints can be found inside a two-story building at the back of the base, one of the few structures still standing.
Since the front entrance is blocked, you’ll need to navigate around to the back and climb the nearby cliffs to access a hole in the wall. Inside, you’ll be relatively safe from the Vermin. Take a moment to explore the building and gather any loot you find. The blueprints are stored in a small chest on the ground floor.
After you’ve secured both blueprints, make your way out of the base and return to safety. Head back to your base and submit the blueprints at the Recipe Station. As long as you also provide the required resources, you’ll unlock the ability to craft both Rotors and Tubes at your Fabricators.
Keep in mind that Rotors and Tubes are needed for corporate requests beyond the initial levels, so you’ll eventually need to venture out to find these blueprints. There’s no immediate rush, though; it’s wise to wait until you’ve unlocked your first weapons and practiced taking down a few Vermin.
