ePremier League China Set for Exciting Finale in Shanghai on January 10-11

EA Sports has revealed that the ePremier League China finals will be held in Shanghai from January 10 to 11, featuring the mobile version of its acclaimed football game, EA Sports FC.

This event, a collaboration between EA Sports FC and the Premier League, marks the second edition of the ePremier League China, showcasing the region’s top talent in the mobile gaming scene.

The path to the finals kicked off with a nationwide search for the best FC Mobile players during online qualifiers in December. From these qualifiers, the top 128 players battled it out in three rounds to identify the final 20 competitors, each representing a Premier League club in the ePL China Grand Finals.

The finals will take place at Jintie City Square in Shanghai. In an exciting twist, EA Sports has paired each of the final 20 players with a key opinion leader (KOL) or influencer from the gaming and sports sectors. Competitors will utilize “customized line-ups based on official 2025/26 Premier League club squads” as they face off in a series of matches to crown the overall champion.

For those able to attend in Shanghai, the ePremier League China event is free, offering fans a chance to engage with various Premier League and EA Sports FC activities, including prizes and giveaways. Fans can also catch the action live on Migu, Douyu, Bilibili, and Weibo. The prize pool is relatively modest, with champions earning $1,500 USD and runners-up taking home $1,000.
