iBUYPOWER Teams Up with Monster Energy for fl0m’s Mythical LAN 2026 Event
iBUYPOWER is making a comeback in the Counter-Strike scene with a new partnership alongside former pro player Erik “fl0m” Flom and his upcoming event, the Monster Energy’s fl0m Mythical LAN 2026.
While the financial details of this partnership remain under wraps, iBUYPOWER will act as a sponsor for the LAN event, joining title sponsor Monster. The company will collaborate with event organizers on digital branding, on-stream mentions, and various giveaways, including a custom-built PC that will be used during the competition.
“It wasn’t long ago that competitive NA CS was seen as a waste of time. Year after year, I’ve seen this community rebuild itself to set a foundation for the next generation of NA CS. Even with most of NA CS missing from the Top 20, we keep showing up because we are hungry to support and elevate what we’ve built,” said Erik “fl0m” Flom. “With the Mythical LAN already selling out hours after our reveal, I don’t see this as just an individual tournament, but as a major building block for NA CS that will foster growth between NA teams for future majors, and unite fans to rally around one goal – bring NA CS back to the peaks of competitive play.”
Scheduled for January 9-11 at the HyperX Arena in Las Vegas, the Monster Energy’s fl0m Mythical LAN 2026 boasts a prize pool of $30,000 USD and will feature teams like M80, NRG, SkinRave Esports, Marsborne, BOSS, Team VOCA, regain, and Phoenix.

It’s worth noting that iBUYPOWER previously exited the Counter-Strike scene due to a match-fixing scandal.
