Peak’s Upcoming Game Channels Overcooked Vibes in a Warehouse Setting, Launching This Year
Aggro Crab, the team behind Peak, one of the standout ‘friendslop’ games of 2025 and a top contender in our best games of the year, has announced that their next title is set to arrive “this year.”
Introducing Crashout Crew, a game that promises pure mayhem. Imagine Overcooked, but instead of racing against the clock in a kitchen, you and your friends are zooming around massive warehouses in turbocharged forklifts. It might resemble the chaotic state of some delivery warehouses, especially considering how some packages arrive.
“At De Nile Shipping, things move fast,” the Steam description states. “And if they don’t, you’re the problem. Gather a crew of up to four overworked friends and dive into a frantic co-op forklift experience where teamwork is essential, and chaos is guaranteed.”
The gameplay draws clear inspiration from Overcooked, as players will need to complete orders—referred to as contracts—in a similarly frantic fashion, which looks to be quite the stress test. In a recent Instagram reel outlining their plans for 2026, Aggro Crab confirmed that Crashout Crew will be launching this year, alongside an announcement that Peak will receive an additional biome to alternate with Caldera.
The video hints at more surprises in the pipeline that they can’t yet disclose, but thanks to Peak’s success, they feel comfortable taking their time with Crashout Crew. “We’re not in a rush to release it until we’re ready, which is why we don’t have a specific date yet.”
Crashout Crew had a playable demo during Steam Next Fest last year, so there’s a good chance it might be available for play again before its official launch later this year.
