The streaming service is set to introduce 33 fresh movies and TV shows to its Korean library. You can already dive into romantic comedies like Can This Love Be Translated?, No Tail to Tell, and the K-drama Undercover Miss Hong. Today marks the premiere of Season 5 of the reality series Single’s Inferno, while the mystery thriller The Art of Sarah and the unscripted Agents of Mystery 2 will debut in February. Also on the horizon is the romantic comedy Boyfriend on Demand, featuring Blackpink’s Jisoo as a young woman who stumbles upon a ‘Boyfriend on Demand’ device, leading her into a whirlwind of virtual dating chaos. Other notable first-quarter releases include the film Pavane and the reality series Ready or Not: Texas.
As we transition into spring and summer, look forward to the second seasons of Better Late Than Single and Bloodhounds, along with new titles like Husbands in Action, If Wishes Could Kill, Jae-seok’s B&B Rules!, Notes From the Last Row, Sold Out on You, Teach You a Lesson, The Wonderfools, and We Are All Trying Here… and much more is on the way.
“We gave K-drama fans more of what they loved, but invested in differentiated new stories that took K-content fandom to the next level,” said a Netflix executive. “Even outside APAC, we have helped to ensure local authenticity sits at the heart of Netflix series.”
