Mark Grayson and Omni-Man Join Forces in Invincible Season 4 Trailer for an Epic Intergalactic Battle

The first trailer for the animated series Invincible on Prime Video has dropped, revealing a significant twist in the dynamic between Mark Grayson, the titular superhero, and his villainous father, Omni-Man, who makes a serious and unexpected return to Mark’s life.

As seasoned fans know, Omni-Man once posed as one of Earth’s greatest heroes before launching an invasion for the intergalactic Viltrumite empire. After turning against his own kind, he now seeks the help of his estranged son—his greatest adversary—to take down the Viltrumites and halt their galaxy-wide conquest.

This streaming series is based on the long-running Image Comics series created by Robert Kirkman and Cory Walker, with Ryan Ottley taking over for the majority of its 144 issues. The storyline closely follows the original comic, particularly the tumultuous relationship between Invincible and Omni-Man.

In addition to the new alliance between Invincible and Omni-Man, the trailer highlights the return of the Global Guardians, the premier superhero team in the Invincible universe. After suffering heavy losses in the first season, the Guardians are reforming with Invincible and several newer heroes. Now, some of the seasoned veterans are back, and the team has evolved into a formidable force once again.

Invincible season 4 is set to premiere on March 18 on Prime Video.
