After December’s patch failed to impress and players discovered a DLC-related bug hampering performance, anticipation grew for the second patch to restore hope in the community. Against the odds, the latest PC performance patch for Monster Hunter Wilds appears to have genuinely improved the game.

This improvement is evident on Steam, where the game has experienced a significant rise in positive reviews following the patch’s release. Monster Hunter Wilds now holds a “Mixed” rating, with 57% of reviews in the past month being favorable.
