First Trailer Unveiled for Horror Anthology Film Featuring Longlegs and Stranger Things Stars

A new trailer for Blood Covenant has dropped, featuring Maika Monroe from Longlegs and Joe Keery, known for his baseball-bat-wielding antics in Stranger Things. This film promises a gory and chaotic experience, perfectly suited for these stars who thrive in blood-soaked narratives.

Blood Covenant is an anthology film driven by anarchy, centering on a writer who’s hit rock bottom, both creatively and financially. In a desperate bid to reclaim his former glory, he strikes a deal with a demonic entity to produce stories that will elevate him back to success. However, this pact comes with a sinister price: for every chilling tale he spins, he must sacrifice a piece of himself, ultimately leading to a terrifying transformation.

Mariano Cattaneo directs the tale of the beleaguered writer, while Kate Trefry, Spencer Keller, Bret Miller, Jaiver Yañez, and Hasan Can Dağli will craft the horrifying stories that unfold. Alongside Monroe and Keery, the cast includes Agustín Olcese, María Eugenia Rigón, and Aria Bedmar.

As of now, Blood Covenant doesn’t have a release date and is still seeking a distributor. In the meantime, get ready for a blend of horror that feels like a mashup of Jason Voorhees and a nightmarish version of SpongeBob.
