Locating Geiger Counters in Arc Raiders

Geiger Counter locations in Arc Raiders have gained significant importance since their inclusion in the Headwinds update. However, tracking one down can be quite the challenge. This Epic-level item is exclusive to the Stella Montis map, which is known for its brutal and unforgiving environment. While luck plays a big role in finding it, there are strategies to improve your chances of locating a Geiger Counter.

You can only find the Geiger Counter on the Stella Montis map, but it doesn’t spawn in a fixed spot. As an Epic Rarity Exodus item, it appears randomly in containers, with a better chance of showing up in High Level Loot areas and locations marked with the Exodus symbol. Therefore, it’s wise to check these specific spots, especially during a Night Raid if you can:

Players have reported finding them primarily in white medical drawers and medical trolleys equipped with a display screen and two drawers located in medical zones. They can also be found in yellow tool cabinets in industrial areas and small blue cabinets in control rooms. Additionally, they may appear in servers that can be pried open and other containers. The main challenge is their rarity; you’ll likely need to spawn close to one to have a shot at grabbing it.

For the final stage of the Arc Raiders Trophy Display project, you’ll need three Geiger Counters, so it’s a good idea to hold onto any you find, even if you haven’t reached that stage yet. It’s important to note that Geiger Counters are quite rare in Arc Raiders, and one of our team members has been on the hunt for days without any luck. The Trophy Display project has increased their value, making it less likely for other players to leave them behind once they find one.
