The Horizon Hunters Gathering playtest is your chance to experience Guerrilla’s latest installment in the Horizon series, where teams of up to three Hunters face off against formidable machine foes. This initial beta test is set for the end of February on both PS5 and PC, but you’ll need to register your interest to participate. Here’s how to sign up for the Horizon Hunters Gathering playtest on PS5 and PC.
To register, simply follow the link to the PlayStation Beta Program, and you should see a pop-up confirming your interest. Make sure you’re signed in to your PSN account for automatic registration. If you’re a PC player without a PSN account, you’ll need to create one to join in.
Having a PSN account is essential for crossplay between PS5 and PC, and it allows for cross-progression as long as you log in with the same account. Keep in mind that this initial beta at the end of February is a “first, small-scale closed playtest,” so registering doesn’t guarantee access. However, if you don’t receive further details via email, Guerrilla has assured that “unsuccessful applicants will have more chances to playtest the game later in 2026.”
In the meantime, you can wishlist Horizon Hunters Gathering on PlayStation 5 or PC via Steam, and join the official Discord for the latest updates.
