Limited Time: Play These Four Free Games on Steam Before They’re Gone!

Just like theEpic Games Store, Steam often surprises players with free game offerings. Right now, you can grab Arabian Gulf.

Arabian Gulf is a survival game set in a vast desert where you’ll explore levels in search of treasure. The game features “intense combat” against zombie-like foes, as described in its official blurb. While the limited reviews on Steam aren’t overly flattering, a free game is still a free game. You can snag it for free until Sunday, Feb. 8, at 1 p.m. EST.

Another title worth diving into is XCOM 2. This tactical strategy game from Firaxis Games is available to play for free until Feb. 9, at 1 p.m. EST. You’ll command a military resistance in turn-based skirmishes against alien forces, all while trying to keep your soldiers alive, as they can be permanently lost. If you decide to keep XCOM 2 after the free weekend, it’s on sale for just $2.99 until Feb. 19.

You can also try out Glassbreakers: Champions of Moss for free until Feb. 9 at 11 a.m. EST. This VR game is a strategic MOBA that features “real-time, hex-based tactile battles,” allowing you to compete against others or test your skills against AI.

Lastly, don’t miss out on Hellcard, which is free to play until Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. EST and discounted to $7.50 until Feb. 11. This roguelike deckbuilder can be played solo or in co-op mode, focusing heavily on monster placement and requiring tactical decision-making to defeat demonic adversaries.
