KRAFTON Unveils ₹1 Trillion Shareholder Return Plan for 2026–2028

KRAFTKRAFTON has revealed a major new Shareholder Return Program worth at least KRW 1 trillion for the 2026–2028 period, signaling strong confidence in its long-term financial outlook. The plan represents a 44% increase compared to the company’s previous three-year return program, which totaled KRW 693 billion.

The initiative is designed to offer greater clarity and predictability for investors while strengthening long-term shareholder value. Returns will be delivered through a mix of dividend payouts and share buybacks.

Dividends Introduced for the First Time

For the first time since its founding, KRAFTON will begin issuing dividends. The company plans to return KRW 300 billion via dividends over three years, with KRW 100 billion paid annually. This marks a strategic shift as KRAFTON balances ongoing growth investments with direct shareholder rewards.

Share Buybacks and Cancellations

In addition to dividends, KRAFTON will repurchase at least KRW 700 billion worth of shares, all of which will be canceled. The move is aimed at improving capital efficiency and increasing shareholder value. The first buyback phase, worth KRW 200 billion, is set to begin on February 10.

CEO CH Kim stated that the program reflects KRAFTON’s commitment to rewarding shareholders while continuing to invest in original game development and global expansion. With stable cash flow and a strong pipeline, the company believes it can deliver sustainable value on both creative and financial fronts.
