Grab nearly the entire Resident Evil collection for just $40!

This month is shaping up to be a fantastic time for fans of the Resident Evil franchise. Alongside the launch of a new game, there’s a huge sale happening on Steam. Dubbed the “Resident Evil Reload Collection Extra,” this bundle includes all nine mainline games released so far, plus two paid DLCs, all for just $40.

Here’s what you’ll find in the bundle:

While it may take some time to dive into all the titles included, the price is definitely a steal. Games like Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, and Resident Evil Village typically retail for $39.99 each, which is the same price as the entire bundle. The remakes of RE2 and RE3 are excellent choices to gear up for Resident Evil Requiem.

In addition to those three, the bundle also contains other key entries. Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is often credited with revitalizing the series. Resident Evil 0 and the remake of the original Resident Evil represent the franchise’s beginnings and were exclusive to Nintendo GameCube players for many years. While Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 may not have received the best reviews, they expanded the Resident Evil universe, taking Chris Redfield to Africa in RE5 and delivering a fan-service-heavy finale in RE6, where iconic characters like Chris and Leon share the spotlight.

The only minor drawback of this bundle—if you can call it that, given the 72% discount on so many titles—is that it includes the original version of Resident Evil 4 instead of the 2023 remake. Nevertheless, with the series celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, this bundle is an excellent opportunity to catch up on one of the most iconic survival horror franchises in gaming history.
