Preorder the Google Pixel 10A and receive a $100 gift card!
Google has kicked off preorders for its Pixel 10A midrange smartphone, set to hit the market on March 4th. We’ve already had a chance to get hands-on with the device, and it feels more like an upgraded Pixel 9A than a downgraded Pixel 10. If you’re considering a preorder, the best deal currently available is at Amazon and Best Buy, where you can snag a $100 gift card when you preorder the $499 model with 128GB of storage in any of its four colors: berry, fog, obsidian, or lavender. Alternatively, if you go for the obsidian color at Amazon, you can score a free pair of Pixel Buds 2A, valued at $129.
For those looking to purchase directly from the Google Store, they’re offering either a $100 store credit or a pair of Pixel Buds 2A with your purchase until March 11th. Plus, trading in your old phone could reduce the price of the 10A to as low as $49, depending on the model you trade in. For instance, my Pixel 9 Pro with 128GB of storage would fetch $450 in trade-in credit, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max would only add $100 more.
While the Pixel 10A shares a similar look with last year’s Pixel 9A, there are notable upgrades. It features tougher Gorilla Glass 7i and can reach up to 11 percent more brightness, peaking at 3,000 nits. Google has also made the screen’s bezels 10 percent narrower. Internally, it’s quite similar to the Pixel 9A, sporting the Tensor G4 processor and 8GB of RAM, but it doesn’t support PixelSnap, meaning it can’t utilize Google’s range of magnetic Pixel 10 accessories. It does come with some AI-driven features from the latest flagship, but options like Magic Cue and Pixel Screenshots are missing due to memory limitations.
We’ll be on the lookout for more enticing preorder deals for the Pixel 10A as we approach its launch date.
