Ways to Acquire Azurite in Crimson Desert

When you’re gearing up in Crimson Desert, it’s easy to overlook the finer details, like jewellery. To refine your rings and amulets, you’ll need Azurite, a shiny blue crystal that’s not the easiest to find early in the game.

Just as you’ll need Bloodstone for weapon upgrades, stocking up on Azurite ore is essential whenever you come across it. Here’s a quick guide on where to snag some Azurite efficiently.

Being a blue crystal, Azurite is relatively easy to spot from a distance, though it’s rarer than common ores like iron or copper. The best starting point to find Azurite is the cliff face west of Rocca’s Hill, right across the river and nearly north of Hernand city.

You’ll find the deposits at the base of the cliff by the river, so no need to scale the heights, unlike the Garnet on the opposite side. There are about five Azurite deposits in this area, which should provide enough for several crafts or refinements. While I haven’t pinpointed the exact respawn rate for the ore, it definitely takes more than 24 in-game hours, so simply passing time won’t speed things up too much.

Nearby, you can also find Garnet just across the river on the west side, with some Bloodstone located to the south. Plus, there’s plenty of iron and copper around, which you’ll need in large quantities for various upgrades and crafting.

To mine Azurite (and other ores):

Azurite is specifically used for refining jewellery items. While jewellery may not be as crucial as your weapons and armor, upgrading it is still beneficial, especially after looting earrings from the Bluemont Manor Strongboxes. Once you’ve gathered a decent amount of Azurite, head over to a blacksmith like Turnali in Hernand to refine your jewellery.
