Guide to Finishing the Outstanding Balance Mission in Arc Raiders
Venturing into Blue Gate’s Traffic Tunnel is no walk in the park, especially with raiders and robots lurking around. But that’s exactly the challenge presented in the new quest, Outstanding Balance, from Arc Raiders’ Flashpoint update. In this mission, you’ll help Tian Wen recover her lost Bastion Cell from a raider known as Dodger.
Your first task is to locate Dodger’s stash hidden within the Traffic Tunnel at the heart of Blue Gate. Make your way to the end of the northwest road in the underground tunnel, where you’ll spot Dodger’s stash—a rack of boxes tucked under a blue tarpaulin in the corner.
It’s pretty dark down there, making it tough to spot the stash, but you can use the small campsite, truck, and blue tarpaulin as your guiding landmarks.
Once you search the cache, it will explode—definitely a sign that it’s booby-trapped. After that, Tian Wen will direct you to Dodger’s former dealing spot.
This next step takes you up the mountain to Pilgrim’s Peak, and the quickest way to get there is via the zipline lift located in a small tunnel near the center of the Traffic Tunnel.
When you reach Pilgrim’s Peak, ascend the large red tower (referred to as an antenna in the quest) using the zipline, and drop into the room just below the top. If you’re already at the peak, there’s a hole in the floor you can use to drop down.
Inside this room, you’ll find Dodger’s bag nestled between some red electrical boxes. Search the bag to spawn the ‘Dodger’s Note’ quest item, which you’ll need to extract to complete the quest. It’s a good idea to stash it in your safe pocket if you have one, just in case you meet an untimely end.
Once you’ve got the note, head back to Tian Wen to wrap up the Outstanding Balance quest. In return, she’ll reward you with the Gothic Graffiti Aviator color, an Extended Medium Mag II, and a Silencer II. Plus, you’ll unlock the follow-up quest, Settled in Full, which tasks you with taking down a Bastion and delivering the Bastion Cell back to Tian Wen.
