Score a 77-inch LG B5 OLED TV for $1,500 and receive a $200 gift card!

Best Buy is running a Memorial Day sale featuring a fantastic deal on a huge OLED TV. The 77-inch LG B5 is now priced at $1,499.99, down from its original $2,999.99, and it comes with a $200 gift card. While I usually prefer a 55-inch screen, if you have the budget and wall space, this is an excellent offer.

The B5 is a more budget-friendly option compared to LG’s C5 OLED TV, similar to the relationship between the iPhone 17E and the iPhone 17. It boasts many of the same features, including slim bezels, an impressive panel with an infinite contrast ratio, and four HDMI 2.1 ports that allow your consoles to shine at 4K with refresh rates up to 120Hz. However, it doesn’t reach the brightness levels of the C5 and is less effective at upscaling content. The C5 also supports a faster 144Hz refresh rate, but I don’t believe those enhancements justify its current $400 price difference over the B5.

If you’re unsure about committing to the 77-inch size, the B5 also comes in smaller, surprisingly affordable options. The 48-inch model is available for $649.99, while the 65-inch version might be the largest OLED you can snag for under $1,000.
