Casey Neistat’s Daily Posting Tips
Exciting news: The Vergecast is now a daily podcast! Starting today, we’ll be dropping new episodes every weekday, packed with even more gadgets, rankings, discussions, and a mix of emotions. We’re thrilled about the opportunities this new schedule brings for storytelling, tech experimentation, and deeper engagement with you, our audience.
Another key update: we’ll be releasing episodes in the afternoons from now on, allowing us to include the day’s biggest news in our 90 Seconds on The Verge segment. Our aim is to go live before 4 PM ET, often well ahead of that.
As we geared up for this daily format, we realized that posting every day is quite the challenge. To navigate this, we sought insights from a true legend in the field. Casey Neistat, who posted a video on his YouTube channel for over 800 consecutive days starting in 2015, shared invaluable tips on maintaining daily content without losing your sanity or running out of ideas.
Alongside the new episodes, we’re also launching fresh merch! We’ve been designing some awesome shirts, mugs, and other items for all our shows. If you want to show your support for Decoder, Version History, or The Vergecast, or if you just want to express your thoughts on Brendan Carr, check out The Verge Shop. Be sure to bookmark it, as we have plenty of exciting items on the way.
We’d love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or suggestions on how to enhance this new version of The Vergecast! Feel free to call The Vergecast Hotline at 866-VERGE11 to share your ideas, or drop us an email. We’re looking forward to bringing you another episode tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that, and we can’t wait to do it with you!
