Locate Shibuya Crossing in Forza Horizon 6 to conquer Tokyo Drift.
Tokyo Drift is one of the more frustrating Series 1 daily challenges in Forza Horizon 6. Not only do you need to locate Shibuya Crossing, but you also have to execute three Awesome Drifts, which can be trickier than it sounds.
Here’s how to find Shibuya Crossing and tackle this challenge effectively so you can rack up your Playlist Festival points and move on.
Shibuya Crossing is a four-way intersection located in the northwest part of Tokyo City, just south of the Highway Circuit road race and east of the food delivery job icon. It’s also close to Edogawa Baseball Stadium, which you’ll need to visit for the Pitcher Perfect challenge this week.
You’ll easily spot Shibuya Crossing thanks to its numerous road crossings and the large advertisements plastered on the buildings. Horizon Festival barriers surround the intersection as well.
When it comes to completing Tokyo Drift, the challenge description can be a bit unclear. Essentially, you need to perform three Awesome Drifts while navigating through Shibuya Crossing, which means drifting from the main road into one of the other junctions. Simply doing donuts in the center or drifting while continuing down the main road likely won’t trigger the challenge.
A significant hurdle will be avoiding traffic. Wait for the right moment, and as long as you maintain your drift through the Shibuya Crossing junction long enough to score Awesome, you’ll complete the task.
I suggest using one of the best cars for drifting and turning off traction control and ABS (anti-lock braking system) to make drifting smoother. For the ideal drift, initiate your drift around the corner while only lightly tapping the accelerator—resist the urge to floor it.
