BMPS 2026 Grand Finals Coming to Jaipur — Teams, Prize Pool & Everything You Need to Know

India’s biggest BGMI esports moment of the year is almost here. KRAFTON India has officially confirmed Jaipur as the host city for the BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA PRO SERIES (BMPS) 2026 Grand Finals, scheduled to take place at the Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre (JECC) from June 19 to 21. With a ₹4 crore prize pool and a spot at the Esports World Cup 2026 on the line, this is shaping up to be the most consequential BGMI tournament in the game’s history.

What’s at Stake — Prize Pool and World Cup Qualification

The Grand Finals aren’t just about the trophy. The BMPS 2026 champion will walk away with a direct qualification slot to the Esports World Cup 2026, set to be held in Paris, France, from July 6 to August 23. A second India slot for the World Cup will be decided separately through the KRAFTON India Esports (KIE) Rankings. For Indian players who have spent years grinding the competitive circuit, this is the biggest prize the domestic scene has ever offered — a direct ticket to represent the country on a global stage, alongside a share of the ₹4 crore purse.

Format, Qualified Teams & What’s Left to Decide

The Grand Finals will feature 16 teams battling across 18 matches over three days, with six matches played each day — a format designed to reward consistency as much as individual clutch performances.

Eight teams have already locked in their spots after surviving a gruelling five-week online qualifier that featured 64 squads split into four groups. For the first time in BMPS history, a promotion and relegation system was introduced, reshuffling standings after every six matches across Erangel, Miramar, and Rondo maps — making qualification tougher than ever before.

The eight confirmed teams heading to Jaipur are:

  1. GodLike Esports
  2. iQOO 8Bit
  3. iQOO Soul
  4. Vasista Esports
  5. Divine Gaming
  6. iQOO Orangutan
  7. Victores Sumus
  8. 7Gods Esports

The remaining eight berths are still being decided. The ongoing Semi Finals (June 9–12) will fill most of those spots, while the Last Chance stage (June 13–14) offers a final lifeline for two more teams to punch their ticket to Jaipur.

Why Jaipur and Why It Matters for Indian Esports

Jaipur’s selection as the Grand Finals host is more than just a logistical decision — it signals the continued growth of India’s esports scene beyond the usual metro cities like Mumbai and Delhi. The Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre provides modern event infrastructure capable of hosting a large-scale live audience, and the city’s rapidly growing gaming community makes it a fitting backdrop for the biggest BGMI event of 2026.

KRAFTON India has consistently used BMPS and BGIS to build structured competitive pathways for Indian talent, and this edition, with global qualification on the line, represents the highest point that domestic BGMI competition has ever reached.
