GTA 6 Pre-Orders Go Live Tomorrow — Price, Editions and Everything Indian Players Need to Know

The moment millions of players have been waiting years for is finally here. Rockstar Games has officially confirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders open on June 25, 2026 — which is tomorrow — across digital storefronts and select physical retailers. And crucially, the game’s official pricing will also be revealed the same day, ending months of speculation about how much the most expensive game ever made is going to cost.

Where Can You Pre-Order and What Will It Cost?

Pre-orders will go live on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store for digital copies, as well as at select retail partners for physical editions. The game is currently only confirmed for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S — no PC version has been announced for launch. Based on retailer leaks and analyst estimates, the Standard Edition is widely expected to land somewhere between $69.99 and $79.99, with a Deluxe and Collector’s Edition also anticipated. A Portuguese retailer briefly listed three different SKUs priced at €89.99, €119.99, and €199.99 before the listings were taken down — suggesting the full edition breakdown could be even more extensive than initially expected. Official Indian pricing in INR has not been confirmed ahead of the pre-order launch, but is expected to be revealed simultaneously on June 25.

Pre-ordering a digital copy guarantees the game pre-loads directly onto your console, meaning it will be ready to play from the moment it unlocks at midnight on launch day — November 19, 2026.

Trailer 3 Could Also Drop Tomorrow

Here’s the detail that has the GTA community genuinely buzzing. Take-Two’s CEO previously confirmed that a third GTA 6 trailer would not arrive until after pre-orders went live, which places it potentially as soon as June 25 itself or shortly after. If Rockstar follows the pattern of pairing major announcements together, tomorrow could also be the day the internet comes to a complete standstill for Trailer 3 — the most anticipated gaming trailer in years. Rockstar also unveiled the game’s official cover art alongside the pre-order announcement, giving players their first proper look at protagonists Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval in a classic Vice City setting.

For Indian players, set your alarms — the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store typically update in the early hours of IST. This is one pre-order you won’t want to miss.
