Mattel Unveils New K-Pop Demon Hunters Action Figures for San Diego Comic-Con
Just when you thought the KPop Demon Hunters hype train had reached its limit, Mattel is here to prove you wrong. Get ready for a sneak peek at one of their latest KPop Demon Hunters toys, which captures a beloved scene from the film, along with fresh “Pop Culture Power Picks” debuting at San Diego Comic-Con 2026, including the awesome “Gym Bro Skeletor” action figure from Masters of the Universe.
When KPop Demon Hunters dropped on Netflix on June 20, 2025, it took everyone by surprise with its massive popularity. It quickly climbed the charts to become Netflix’s most-watched original film, even surpassing Ryan Reynolds’ 2021 action-comedy, and it made waves at the box office during its limited theatrical run. With the film’s success, it was no shock to see toy manufacturers jumping on the bandwagon shortly after. Fast forward a year, and Mattel is ready to unveil even more KPop Demon Hunters toys.
Here’s what Mattel has lined up for San Diego Comic-Con and their online store in July.
According to Mattel Creations’ press release for San Diego Comic-Con 2026, the KPop Demon Hunters Ramyeon 3-pack collectible toy, priced at $50, showcases our favorite demon-slayers enjoying a meal. This set captures the iconic moment when Rumi, Mira, and Zoey realize they have demons to battle, prompting them to slurp down their ramyeon and spring into action.
What makes this set particularly delightful is its airplane-themed packaging, a nod to the scene where the girls focus their weapons on the demon flight attendants trying to delay their concert plans.
The collectible features adorable chibi-style details, with figures standing at 4 inches tall. Their compact size allows fans to display them alongside their other KPop Demon Hunters merchandise.
Meanwhile, Skeletor’s relentless ambition to dominate Eternia won’t stop him from achieving his fitness goals. Mattel’s upcoming Masters of the Universe Gym Bro Skeletor action figure adds a humorous twist to He-Man’s arch-nemesis, showcasing him squatting a whopping 540 pounds. Impressive, right?
This action figure comes decked out in Skeletor’s leg day attire, complete with two dumbbells, a loaded barbell, extra hands, and a towel for gym cleanup. Even as the Evil Lord of Destruction, Skeletor knows the importance of gym etiquette. This figure will retail for $50.
The Jurassic Park franchise continues to thrive, especially after last year’s blockbuster, Jurassic World: Rebirth. To commemorate 25 years of Jurassic Park 3, Mattel is launching a San Diego Comic-Con “Hammond Collection” Velociraptor, a tribute to the franchise’s most notorious predator. This Velociraptor features “comic-inspired deco and highly detailed sculpting” and comes in a premium window box with an illustrated comic-panel backdrop.
But is it the Velociraptor that famously calls out “Alan!” in Jurassic Park 3’s memorable dream sequence? That’s for you to decide!
The Jurassic World Hammond Collection 25th Anniversary Collector Edition Velociraptor is priced at $25.
While I may not be fully immersed in the Monster High series, I have to give props to Mattel for the clever use of “Skullector” in this collectible’s branding, and the punny name Lagoona Blue is a nice touch. The official description for the Monster High doll even includes the term “skelebrate”:
Every Halloween, monsters and humans unite to skelebrate, and this year Lagoona has been appointed as the party committee chair! With a few months to plan the ultimate beast bash, her first order of business is… her outfit! She’s envisioned the perfect look: an iridescent, wave-like gown with fin sleeves, skeletal eel accents, slouchy netted boots, and an angler fish mask—creating an eerie, ocean-inspired ensemble that’s sure to steal the spotlight.
The Monster High Skullector Lagoona Blue Doll will retail for $80.
If you’re eager to snag these collectibles from KPop Demon Hunters, Masters of the Universe, Jurassic World, and Monster High, swing by the Mattel booth (#2945) at the San Diego Convention Center during Comic-Con, or check out their online store starting July 23.
Mattel and Hasbro are revving up the merchandise machine!
