Google set to unveil Pixel 11 at August event

Google is gearing up for its next Made by Google launch event focused on Pixel hardware, set for August 12th in New York City. This time, the event is scheduled for the evening, starting at 6 PM ET.

The invitation hints at a new phone from the Pixel 11 lineup, showcasing a sleek gold design. Early leaks suggest that the standard Pixel 11 may feature slimmer bezels compared to its predecessor, the Pixel 10, along with a distinctive black camera bar. Meanwhile, rumors surrounding the Pixel 11 Pro indicate it could be slightly thinner than the Pixel 10 Pro. Additionally, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold is expected to be more streamlined than the previous version, potentially sporting a revamped camera bump.

For context, last year’s Pixel 10 launch, which included a live audience and appearances by notable personalities, occurred on August 20th, with the base and Pro models hitting the market shortly after on August 28th.
