India’s PUBG: Battlegrounds Squad for ENC 2026 Confirmed — Snipaul Leads the National Side
NODWIN Gaming has announced India’s national PUBG: Battlegrounds roster for the Esports Nations Cup 2026, continuing the country’s comprehensive build-up across multiple titles ahead of the Riyadh event in November. The PUBG: Battlegrounds competition at ENC 2026 runs from November 11 to 15, with 24 national teams competing for a prize pool of $1.12 million — approximately ₹10.6 crore.
The Squad and Selection Process
The team will be coached by Pratik Mehra, known competitively as Aurum, who has been appointed by NODWIN Gaming as India’s national coach for the title and will oversee all preparation and strategy. The playing roster consists of Anirban Paul (Snipaul), Tejasvi Vashist (Unforgiven), Rishi Singh (Ryzn), and Vedang Chavan (Vedzz), with Rupesh Kumar (Rupesh) and Shaikh Abuzar (Illmindd) named as substitutes.
Unlike BGMI, where India received a Special Invite, the PUBG: Battlegrounds event offered qualification through the standard ENC Ranking system as well as regional online qualifiers that ran from July 10 to 12. Of the 24 spots at the ENC Finals, 12 were handed out through rankings, 10 were decided in the qualifiers, and the final two went to wildcard invitees. India’s place was determined through the qualification process, making it a fully earned berth.
The Bigger Picture for India
With PUBG: Battlegrounds now locked in, India has confirmed representation in six ENC 2026 titles. The Rocket League qualifier followed from July 17 to 19, with three Asian teams advancing, and MOBA Legends: 5v5! may also add a seventh slot depending on whether India receives a direct invite or goes through the regional qualifiers in mid-August. NODWIN Gaming’s work as National Team Partner has effectively built the most multi-title national esports campaign India has ever assembled for a single event
