Grab the Birdfy smart bird feeder now for only $60!
The Birdfy Feeder Rookie is an excellent choice for those just starting with birdwatching or looking for an affordable smart feeder option, and there are several configurations available at discounted prices. The standard model is currently priced at $59.99, which is a $60 savings and close to its lowest price. It offers seven days of access to AI features that can identify various bird species (after the trial, it can still identify birds up to 10 times daily without a subscription). Alternatively, you can opt for a version that permanently unlocks the AI bird identification for $85.49, a $34 discount, or grab the standard model with a solar panel for $79.99, also a $60 savings.
The Rookie provides the essential features found in most smart bird feeders. It comes equipped with a 1080p camera that allows you to monitor visiting birds from your phone throughout the day, complete with notifications for any activity. The camera can also record slow-motion video and has color night vision, which you can replay in the Birdfy app. Unlike many smart feeders that position the camera in the center of the seed bin, Birdfy places its camera to the side for a closer view. You can even share access with friends and family.
With an IP66 weather-resistant rating, the Rookie’s built-in battery can last up to four months on a single charge, and there’s an option with a solar panel for an additional $20. The feeder can hold up to 1.3 liters of seed, minimizing the need for frequent refills, and it disassembles easily for cleaning.
