Two top Assassin’s Creed titles are arriving on Amazon Prime.

Every month, Amazon Prime members receive two fresh batches of games: one set to keep and another for streaming through the cloud gaming service, Luna. The Luna library boasts some impressive titles, including Control, Hollow Knight, and the Tomb Raider Survivor trilogy. Recently, Amazon revealed the new additions for this month, and if you enjoy leaping from heights and taking down foes, you’re in for a treat: two recent Assassin’s Creed games are set to join Luna later this month.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla marked the franchise’s debut on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, continuing the series’ evolution into expansive, open-world RPGs. Players step into the shoes of a Viking raider in the 9th century, navigating a world filled with Assassins and Templars. The game weaves a compelling narrative about faith, honor, and family, all set against a backdrop brimming with combat and side quests.

On the other hand, Assassin’s Creed Mirage retains the open-world exploration but leans more into the series’ stealthy origins. This prequel to Valhalla centers on Basim, a thief trying to survive in Baghdad, who inadvertently becomes involved with the Assassin’s Hidden Ones order while uncovering the secrets of his past. The gameplay emphasizes stealth and strategic assassinations, offering a more focused experience compared to its recent predecessors.

Both Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Assassin’s Creed Mirage are “coming this month,” although the exact release date hasn’t been disclosed. Currently available for streaming are Disney/Pixar’s Brave: The Video Game and Bluey: The Videogame, perfect for those seeking a different gaming vibe.

Additionally, Amazon Prime members can look forward to a dozen free PC games throughout August. Unlike the free games offered by other services, which require an active subscription to play, Amazon’s free titles come via redeemable codes from various PC gaming platforms, ensuring you retain access to them even if your Prime membership lapses.
