New Bluey Movie Trailer Unveiled, Rivals Avengers Excitement at D23

Disney has dropped a teaser trailer for the upcoming feature-length Bluey movie, giving fans their first real glimpse of the Heeler family’s leap from TV to the big screen. And it’s quintessentially Bluey.

The trailer showcases how Bluey is set to evolve into a grand cinematic experience. The transition to 3D is striking, yet the characters retain their familiar movements and personalities. Fans—whether they’re kids captivated by Bluey and Bingo’s imaginative play or adults who resonate with Chilli and Bandit’s parenting insights—are sure to be excited.

The film is crafted by Bluey creator Joe Brumm, with contributions from Ludo Studio and the Australian animation team at Cosmic Dino, who are handling the CG animation. Melanie Zanetti and David McCormack reprise their roles as Chilli and Bandit, while Bluey and Bingo continue to be voiced by talented child actors.

Mark your calendars: the Bluey Movie is set to hit theaters on August 6, 2027.
