D23 Offers Sneak Peeks of Star Wars: Ahsoka Season 2 and Starfighter

The teaser presents a darker, witchcraft-infused version of the Star Wars universe, featuring Grand Admiral Thrawn—recognizable by his blue skin, red eyes, and eerily calm presence—who poses a significant threat of reigniting large-scale conflict in the galaxy following the Empire’s downfall.

Ryan Gosling also made an appearance at D23 to give fans a sneak peek of the upcoming Star Wars: Starfighter movie. While some footage was shown, it was exclusive to the audience present, and Lucasfilm has yet to release it online. There have been a few rumored leaks circulating on social media, but their authenticity remains unverified. However, fans won’t have to wait long for more details, as Star Wars: Starfighter is set to hit theaters on May 28th, 2027, featuring a cast that includes Matt Smith, Aaron Pierre, Mia Goth, and Gosling.
