Marvel unveils fresh X-Men lineup featuring Inde Navarrette and Adam Driver.
With Spider-Man: Brand New Day now in the rearview mirror and the exciting reveal of Sadie Sink as Jean Grey, Marvel is gearing up to officially introduce the X-Men into the MCU. During the recent D23 event in Anaheim, the cast for the upcoming untitled X-Men film was announced, set to hit theaters on May 5th, 2028. Given that this date is quite a ways off, it wouldn’t be surprising if it changes as the release approaches.
Joining Sink in the film are Kit Connor as Scott Summers (Cyclops), Christopher Abbott as Charles Xavier (Professor X), Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Maya Boyd as Storm, and Inde Navarrette as Rogue. Navarrette is coming off a standout performance in the unexpected hit Obsession. The X-Men will be up against Nathaniel Milbury, also known as Mister Sinister, portrayed by Adam Driver.
The inclusion of the X-Men in the MCU has been a long-awaited development, teased multiple times over the years, but it was only in the latest Spider-Man that the Marvel mutants were finally integrated into the universe.
