GTA 6 Leak Suggests Hackers Accessed Playable Version

The Grand Theft Auto 6 leak saga continues, with a user reportedly showcasing a video of flying over Vice City in a biplane. While the authenticity of this footage remains unverified due to its removal from all platforms, it strongly suggests that the leaker may have had access to a playable version of the game, rather than just a collection of clips.

Comments on the now-removed video, as noted in discussions, reveal that the leaker, known as “Cyberleek,” shot holes in a wall to spell out “leek.” This intentional misspelling hints at their familiarity with the game, as it aligns with their alias. Initially, it was believed they were only sharing internal gameplay footage from the developer.

However, since the content of the leak was determined by a public vote on the leaker’s website, it’s possible they have a vast library of videos, with the voting options being selectively chosen. While spelling “leek” suggests prior access, it doesn’t confirm current availability.

In the rest of the video, Jason, one of the two playable characters in GTA 6, is seen piloting a biplane over Vice City during daylight, providing sweeping views of Leonida, the name of the entire map. The footage includes cinematic camera angles and lasts about two minutes before cutting to the earlier scene of shooting into the wall.

This marks the fifth leak related to GTA 6 this week, following a screenshot of the complete in-game map and three additional videos. One clip features Jason playing basketball, another shows him driving at night followed by a fistfight, and the third depicts him tasering civilians.

Cyberleek has stated through text overlays on their leaks that they will continue to release game content until physical disc versions are announced. The announcement that GTA 6 would be digital-only sparked significant backlash, but earlier this month, the CEO of Take-Two reaffirmed this decision.

Update 9:20 a.m. EDT: This story has been revised for accuracy regarding the status of the leaked build.

Cyberleek claims they are ‘fighting for gamers’ rights’ with the recent gameplay and map leaks from GTA 6.
