GTA 6 Collector’s Box Unveiled, Game Not Included

Rockstar has unveiled a new, pricier edition of Grand Theft Auto 6 available for pre-order. The Grand Theft Auto 6: The Good Time State — Vice City Collection comes with a hefty price tag of $399.99 and includes a treasure trove of official GTA 6 merchandise. However, it notably does not include the actual game itself.

In an announcement, Rockstar described this collection as the “premium Grand Theft Auto 6 collectible set featuring all the essentials for a good time, inspired by Leonida’s hit TV show, Macca the Gator.” This is definitely for fans who have a penchant for themed collectibles from a fictional TV series that remains largely mysterious.

For those eager to get their hands on the game, Rockstar is offering two editions. The standard edition is priced at $79.99, while the Ultimate Edition, which comes packed with exclusive content, is available for $99.99. While there will be a physical release, it will be in the form of a download code in a box rather than a traditional game disc. So, if you want both the Vice City Collection and the game, you’re looking at a minimum of $480.

So, what does a $400 investment in GTA 6 merchandise get you? Rockstar has provided a detailed list of everything included in the Vice City Collection:

You’ll also receive the box that houses all these goodies. Even though the game won’t have a true physical release, Rockstar is keen on offering a variety of physical GTA 6 products. Alongside the Vice City Collection, there will also be a physical version of the game’s soundtrack and a GTA 6-branded DualSense controller for the PlayStation 5.
