Forza Horizon 6’s PS5 Release Pushed to January 2027

Playground Games initially announced that Forza Horizon 6 would be launching on PS5 in 2026, but that timeline has shifted. It was reported last month that the release would be delayed to early next year, and now it’s confirmed that Forza Horizon 6 will officially hit the shelves on January 26, 2027.

This delay means that the PS5 version will launch alongside a new expansion for the game. Additionally, Playground Games will offer a Premium Edition of Forza Horizon 6 on PS5, which provides up to five days of early access before the official release date.

Forza Horizon 6 made its debut on Xbox and PC on May 15, and the upcoming expansion will also be available on these platforms in January. The previous title in the series, Forza Horizon 5, gained significant popularity on PS5 after its release on Sony’s console last year.
