The top Steam-exclusive of the year is set to launch on consoles.

Titanium Court, the standout title that snagged the Seumas McNally Grand Prize at this year’s Independent Game Festival, is set to expand its reach beyond its initial Windows PC launch in April. Mark your calendars for October 29, as it will be available on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5, with a mobile version also on the way for Android and iPhone.

Developed by AP Thomson, Titanium Court is a unique blend of genres, combining elements of roguelikes, tower defense, match-three puzzles, and classic PC adventure games, all wrapped in a quirky narrative with Shakespearean influences. Players take on the role of a character transported to a faerie kingdom embroiled in conflict. To safeguard this realm, you’ll need to navigate a dynamic battlefield, repositioning defenses and gathering resources through tile-matching mechanics.

Since its April debut, Titanium Court has garnered significant acclaim, achieving an 85 aggregate score on Metacritic and proving to be a financial success for its indie publisher. With its upcoming launch on additional platforms, the game is poised for a vital resurgence as awards season approaches.

Even before its release, Titanium Court had already made waves, winning multiple accolades at the Independent Game Fest, including the Excellence in Design award and the prestigious Seumas McNally Grand Prize. This marked a historic achievement, as AP Thomson became the first developer to win the Seumas McNally award two consecutive years, having previously won in 2025 for Consume Me, co-developed with Jenny Jiao Hsia.

Critics have lauded Titanium Court, with one review highlighting it as an “inventive work of comedy that’s a joy to outwit.” Non-PC gamers will finally have the opportunity to experience the excitement on October 29.

What’s in the running for gaming’s top honors? Let’s dive into some predictions.
