New Trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake Reveals Familiar Faces and Exciting Surprises
Nintendo’s upcoming remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is shaping up to be a stunning homage to the beloved Nintendo 64 classic. The latest trailer showcases beautifully updated versions of familiar locations and epic boss battles that Link will encounter when the remake drops on Switch 2 early next month. Among the exciting features revealed is the Hall of Fallen Foes.
This new area resembles a museum where Link can explore statues of the enemies he has vanquished throughout his journey. Interacting with these statues will provide descriptions of the monsters, offering fresh insights into their behaviors and roles within the game world, along with details on where to find them again for some extra fun. However, the standout feature is that all of the game’s bosses will also be represented in the Hall of Fallen Foes. Players can revisit these formidable foes for another round, and the game will track your best completion times, allowing you to aim for new personal records as you take on the bosses repeatedly.
Ocarina of Time is set to launch on Switch 2 on November 5, marking a significant milestone for the series’ 40th anniversary. Additionally, next year will see the release of a live-action film featuring Benjamin Evan Ainsworth and Bo Bragason as Link and Zelda, although a full trailer for the film has yet to be unveiled.
