Saros, Housemarque’s challenging psychological shooter, remains my top pick for 2026 so far, even if some recent interviews have dampened my enthusiasm a bit. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the game, skillfully dodging vibrant projectiles while uncovering the dark backstory of protagonist Arjun in the perilous realm of Carcosa. If you missed its initial release in April, now is an excellent time to dive in. The game is currently on sale on the PlayStation Store, and it has received a free update packed with new features, challenges, and useful tools.

The Zenith update introduces a wealth of post-game content, including a New Game+ mode that ramps up the difficulty compared to your first playthrough.
