PlayStation India Cup 2025 Returns with EA SPORTS FC 26 and ₹4 Lakh Prize Pool
The wait is over for console gamers — PlayStation India Cup is back with its fourth edition, featuring EA SPORTS FC 26 exclusively on the PlayStation 5. Organized by NODWIN Gaming in partnership with PlayStation India, the country’s only official PS5 esports championship kicks off this month, bringing together India’s top EA FC players for an intense competition leading up to a live grand finale at Delhi Comic Con 2025.
A Celebration of Console Esports in India
This year’s PlayStation India Cup boasts a total prize pool of ₹4,00,000, with the top eight finalists battling it out live at NSIC Grounds, Okhla, New Delhi, from December 5 to 7, 2025. The final will be held inside NODWIN Gaming’s massive 40,000 sq. ft. Gaming Arena, offering Comic Con visitors a full-fledged esports experience complete with live commentary, PlayStation demos, and fan activities.
The tournament will unfold in three stages — daily online qualifiers, online playoffs, and the grand finale. Players from across the country can join the competition by registering directly on their PlayStation 5 consoles starting October 8, 2025.
How to Register
Participating in the PlayStation India Cup is simple:
- Turn on your PS5 and connect to the internet.

- Search for “PlayStation India Cup FC 26” under EA SPORTS FC 26.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to register and confirm participation.

Daily qualifiers will run until November 10, 2025, so players are encouraged to sign up early.
Building on Last Year’s Success
Following the success of last year’s championship at Delhi Comic Con 2024 — which featured live matches, influencer showcases, and a buzzing PlayStation pavilion — this year’s edition promises to raise the bar even higher. Alongside the prize pool, all finalists will also receive official PlayStation merchandise, adding more incentive for top performers.
Commenting on the announcement, Akshat Rathee, Co-Founder and Managing Director of NODWIN Gaming, said that the PlayStation India Cup represents “a premium niche within India’s console esports scene,” and Delhi Comic Con is the perfect venue for fans who share a passion for both gaming and pop culture.
The tournament will also feature live streams, influencer-led content, and weekly updates to keep fans engaged throughout the season.
The Road to Delhi Comic Con
With EA SPORTS FC 26 marking a new era for virtual football, the PlayStation India Cup 2025 offers Indian gamers a chance to showcase their skills on one of the most prestigious esports stages in the country.
Registrations open on October 8, and all eyes are now set on December 7, when India’s best virtual footballers will compete for the title at the heart of Delhi Comic Con.
