Get a Free Alpha Charizard in Pokémon Legends: Z-A!

With the Mega Dimension DLC just around the corner, players of Pokémon Legends: Z-A can snag a free, formidable Pokémon. For a limited time, an Alpha Charizard is up for grabs through Mystery Gift.

Unlike the previous Mystery Gifts featuring Diancie and Mewtwo, the Alpha Charizard doesn’t require any side missions or battles. Simply navigate to the Mystery Gift menu and enter the password B1G0006 to claim your Alpha Charizard. This offer is valid until January 19, 2026.

The Alpha Charizard will be at level 36 and comes equipped with Solar Beam, a move that Charizard typically doesn’t learn. As an Alpha Pokémon, it boasts a larger size and enhanced stats compared to regular Charizards, making it a valuable asset for any team.

The Mega Dimension trailer also reveals that Hoenn’s starter trio—Sceptile, Swampert, and Blaziken—will be making their debut in Lumiose City. Their Mega Stones will be rewards for participating in online ranked battles, and players will have the chance to catch these Pokémon during the DLC’s adventures in Hyperspace Lumiose.

Pokémon Legends: Z-A — Mega Dimension launches on Wednesday, December 10, for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Team up with the new character Ansha and her Pokémon Hoopa as you and other Team MZ members explore a revamped Lumiose City. Prepare to face powerful Pokémon with levels exceeding 100. Remember, you must complete the main story of Pokémon Legends: Z-A before you can access the Mega Dimension DLC.
