Google Revives Black Friday Discounts on Earbuds, Phones, and More

Google has kicked off its holiday sale, bringing back some of the best deals reminiscent of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. From smartphones to smart home devices, many fantastic gifts are now available at their Black Friday prices, with some third-party retailers even offering better discounts. A few standout gadgets are hitting their all-time low prices again, including the Pixel 9a, Pixel Watch 4, Pixel Buds 2a, and the latest Nest Doorbell. If you’re still on the hunt for holiday gifts, here are the deals that truly shine.

First up, the unlocked Pixel 9a is one of the best smartphone bargains we’ve seen, returning to its all-time low of $349 ($150 off) at Amazon. This midrange gem features a 6.3-inch OLED display and an impressive camera for the price, even if it doesn’t have the telephoto lens of the Pixel 10 or the low-light capabilities of the Pixel 9. Powered by the reliable Tensor G4 chip, its battery easily lasts a full day, even with the always-on display. Plus, it supports wireless charging, boasts an IP68 rating, and comes with seven years of software updates, matching the support offered on Google’s higher-end models.

Next, the Pixel Buds 2a are back at their all-time low of $99 ($30 off) at various retailers. These earbuds deliver excellent value, featuring effective active noise cancellation that minimizes background sounds and a natural transparency mode. They provide crisp audio quality and include built-in Gemini support. With a stylish purple color option, they make for a fantastic choice for budget-conscious Android users.

The Pixel Watch 4 is another great gift option, especially for Android enthusiasts. Currently, the Wi-Fi-enabled 41mm version is available for $299.99 ($50 off). This smartwatch brings significant upgrades over the Pixel Watch 3, including full Gemini support, improved speed, longer battery life, and a brighter display thanks to its new domed Actua 360 design. Both the display and battery are now replaceable, and it features a side-mounted charger that can double as a small display for quick info like battery percentage. Health and fitness features include dual-frequency GPS, AI activity recognition, and enhanced sleep tracking. Plus, LTE models now come with a Satellite SOS mode for emergency calls without cellular service.

Lastly, the latest Google Nest Wired Doorbell is perfect for monitoring packages and is currently priced at $139.99 ($40 off). Released in October, this upgraded model offers sharper 2K video and a wider field of view, allowing you to see more of your porch. It integrates with the new Gemini for Home AI assistant, capable of handling more complex tasks than its predecessor. It also retains the standout features of the previous model, such as smart notifications that identify whether a person, package, animal, or vehicle is at your door. For those who opt for a subscription to Google Home Premium, additional features like facial recognition and 24/7 recording are available.
