Locate an ENELICA building in Arc Raiders’ Paving the Way mission.

Completing the Paving the Way quest in Arc Raiders involves tracking down an ENELICA building, which might be a bit of a mystery if you haven’t encountered one before. You can spot these structures in locations like Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, and Blue Gate. With all the chaos from Arc and Raider fire, it’s easy to overlook them.

Once you’ve located the ENELICA building, your next task takes you to Buried City for another challenging spot. I’ll guide you through each step of the quest, including how to find that ENELICA building. Since extraction isn’t required this time, feel free to bring a free loadout, and I’ll break it down into two runs for you.

While there are ENELICA buildings in both Buried City and Blue Gate, the easiest one to find is the Water Treatment Control building in Dam Battlegrounds. This location is also part of the new A Toxic Trail quest from Shani, so you can accomplish two objectives at once.

Approach the building from the main entrance on the south side, where you’ll see ENELICA marked on the wall. Your objective will be to “search for a notice board with a note from the researcher,” which is conveniently located just to the right of the entrance. Interact with the board to complete this step, and then you can extract before heading to Buried City.

Next, you’ll need to find a Convinio, which is another term that might be unfamiliar. Head to the large apartment buildings in the southern part of Piazza Roma in Buried City. Ascend to the top floor using either the stairs or the zipline, depending on which building you choose. You may have visited this area during the Unexpected Initiative quest, so keep an eye out for the rocketeer who often patrols the rooftop before you step onto it.
