Released on October 30, Arc Raiders received rave reviews and offered its thrilling extraction shooter gameplay for just $40. While the use of AI voices is a bit of a letdown (seriously, let’s hope Embark Studios invests some of their earnings into getting those re-recorded by real actors), the game excels in delivering a fantastic mix of first-person survival, PvP action, and PvE challenges. For the winter sale, you can snag it for 20% off, bringing the price down to $32.

For those who might be skeptical, yes, Arc Raiders does include options for in-game cosmetic purchases, but these are purely optional and can be easily ignored. In my humble opinion, this is one of the best deals in gaming right now.

Honestly, I’m completely hooked on Arc Raiders, which is surprising given my usual dislike for online gaming, tactical shooters, and high-pressure scenarios. It seems I might have been wrong about my preferences because I can’t stop playing. It’s currently running in the background after I managed three successful runs this morning (even if two of those ended with me crawling into the elevator, as I’m still not great at the game).
