Arc Raiders: A Guide to the Prescriptions of the Past Quest

If you’ve been diving into Lance’s quests in Arc Raiders, you might have encountered “Prescriptions of the Past,” where this eccentric trader tasks you with scavenging useful items from the Medical Exam Room in the Departure Building. Your journey will take you to Spaceport. While extracting isn’t mandatory to complete this quest, be aware that it’s a bustling area. If you prefer a more laid-back approach, consider bringing a free loadout to avoid losing valuable loot if someone decides to engage you in combat. On the other hand, if you’re feeling bold, equip yourself with some solid weapons and ample ammo to deal with any PVPers nearby. When you’re ready to finish “Prescriptions of the Past,” follow this guide.

**Visit the Departure Building in Spaceport**
The Departure Building is situated on the west side of Spaceport. This point of interest is packed with searchable drawers and containers, making it a hotspot for raiders hunting for quality loot. Keep an eye out for any suspicious players hanging around with their weapons drawn.

**Departure Building**
For the easiest entry, approach the Departure Building from the north through the main entrance. Once inside, you’ll receive an updated objective directing you to locate the Medical Exam Room.

**Find the Medical Exam Room inside the Departure Building**
Once you step inside, head up the stairs to your right. Follow the staircase around to the next floor. At the top, take a left and enter the door on your left. This is the Medical Exam Room, where you’ll be prompted to search for some records.

**Search for the records**
Inside the Medical Exam Room, walk past the examination tables until you reach a desk with some papers. Interact with the records to complete the quest. With that task finished, you’re free to extract. However, since the Departure Building is a prime location for loot, it’s worth sticking around to rummage through the drawers and containers on both floors—assuming another raider hasn’t already claimed the good stuff.
