Arc Raiders Enthusiast Builds Impressive Collection of 4,200 Rubber Ducks and Counting

A dedicated player in Arc Raiders has rallied for Embark Studios to acknowledge every single rubber duck in the game and has amassed an impressive collection of these quirky bath toys, showing no signs of slowing down.

Recently, a Reddit user known as BigBootyTom showcased their remarkable haul of 600 rubber ducks and urged Embark to enhance the game. Previously, players could only display nine ducks in their dens, but thanks to BigBootyTom’s efforts, now every duck can be showcased.

For those unfamiliar, rubber ducks are scattered throughout the game’s post-apocalyptic landscape. While they’re typically seen as bath time fun, in Arc Raiders, these relics can be sold for $1,000 or used as clever distractions. But for BigBootyTom, they hold a much greater value.

Not one to rest on their laurels, the player recently updated their collection, now boasting a staggering 4,200 rubber ducks, with every slot in their stash filled to the brim. With the upcoming Expedition, they’ll gain 12 additional stash slots, allowing for around 180 more ducks.

One player suggested, “Rubber ducks should have their own stash so you can store them to show off in your room, but also not take up actual stash inventory.” It seems Embark’s work with these whimsical items might just be getting started.

Arc Raiders’ producer has stated, “the work is just beginning” on this extraction shooter and announced a festive gift of 1,000 tokens for all players, emphasizing their commitment to the long haul.
