If you were hoping for a significant update for Arc Raiders this week, it’s time to temper those expectations. Embark has announced that no “major” updates are on the way, but the Shrouded Sky update is confirmed for next week.

In a message shared on the official Arc Raiders Discord, community lead Ossen stated: “This week, there’ll be no major game update or a store rotation, but stay tuned for Shrouded Sky coming next week!”

However, Embark mentioned they will be sharing some news later today, so we’ll have to see what that entails. In the meantime, they expressed gratitude to fans for their “patience.”

The Shrouded Sky update was initially slated for a February release according to Embark’s 2026 roadmap, so it remains on track, even if it’s arriving a bit later than some players might have hoped. This aligns with the Headwinds update that dropped at the end of January, so it was somewhat anticipated.

Embark has been busy lately, too. Last week, a duplication glitch gained traction online, prompting a quick hotfix, which was soon followed by a more severe infinite ammo exploit that allowed players to fire weapons like the Ferro and Hullcracker endlessly without reloading. This issue was also addressed swiftly.

As for what’s in store with Shrouded Sky next week, Embark has previously teased a map update, a new map condition, Arc threat, Raider Deck, player project, and expedition window. More details are sure to follow soon.
