Check Out the Top Apple Watch Deals Currently Available

In September, Apple unveiled its latest lineup of smartwatches, featuring the Apple Watch Series 11, SE 3, and Ultra 3. Each model has its unique strengths and weaknesses, but the arrival of these new wearables means there are more Apple Watch options available than ever, along with a plethora of deals.

With so many choices, which one should you go for? As a general rule, it’s wise to opt for the newest model within your budget to ensure you receive ongoing software updates from Apple. The latest update, watchOS 26, rolled out in September for the Series 6 and newer, leaving Series 5 and older models behind. By choosing a watch from the latest or recent generation, you secure a futureproof device with a modern design, a solid feature set, and an array of sensors.

Now, let’s dive into the deals.

The Apple Watch Series 11 is a relatively incremental upgrade from the Series 10, so if you already own the previous flagship, you might not feel the need to upgrade. However, the new model does come with a more energy-efficient 5G modem, a tougher display, and an extra 6 hours of battery life compared to the Series 10. It’s also the slimmest Apple Watch yet and the first to provide FDA-cleared hypertension notifications right out of the box, which is also available on the Series 9 and Ultra 2.

If you’re considering an upgrade, the Apple Watch Series 11 in the 42mm GPS variant is available at Amazon and Walmart starting at $329, which is $70 off and one of the best prices we’ve seen for the base model. The larger 46mm GPS model is also on sale for around $329, offering a $100 discount and matching its lowest price to date.

While the Apple Watch Series 11 and Ultra 3 bring some incremental updates, the Apple Watch SE 3 marks a significant leap over its 2022 predecessor. This entry-level watch features the same speedy S10 chip found in Apple’s flagship models, enabling you to utilize Apple’s double tap feature, wrist flick gestures, and on-device Siri. The SE 3 also finally includes an always-on display, 5G connectivity, fast-charging support, and audio playback for music or podcasts directly from your wrist.

On the health side, the SE 3 introduces a wrist-temperature sensor for retrospective ovulation tracking, breathing disturbance alerts, sleep apnea notifications, and a new Sleep Score that details time spent in each sleep stage. However, it lacks the EKG functionality, blood oxygen monitoring, and hypertension notifications found in the Series and Ultra models.

Currently, the Apple Watch SE 3 is available on Amazon in its 40mm GPS configuration for $239, just a $10 discount and about $40 shy of its lowest price. The larger 44mm model can also be found on Amazon starting at $269, which is $10 less than the MSRP.

The Apple Watch Ultra 3 stands out as the most feature-rich and rugged option in the lineup. It boasts a larger, wide-angle OLED display with a 1Hz refresh rate and thinner bezels, along with both satellite and 5G connectivity. Battery life has also been extended from 36 hours to 42 hours, providing a bit more longevity when you need it.

In terms of deals, the Ultra 3 has recently dropped to an all-time low of $699.99, a $100 discount, available on Amazon when bundled with either an Ocean Band or a Trail Loop strap. You can also find it with an Alpine Loop strap starting at $768, which is a solid price for that model.

If the latest Ultra isn’t quite what you’re looking for, the Apple Watch Ultra 2 offers a more budget-friendly option without straying too far from the latest features. It runs on the older S9 SiP and includes Apple’s second-gen ultra wideband chip, but still provides precise GPS tracking, a variety of diving-friendly sensors, and impressive battery life.

Right now, the Apple Watch Ultra 2 is available at Best Buy with an Alpine Loop, Trail Loop, or Ocean Band starting at $574, which is $225 off and about $125 less than the current price of the Ultra 3.
