Crunchyroll Increases Subscription Prices Once More

Crunchyroll is set to increase its subscription prices in the US and select international markets, marking the first adjustment to its lowest-priced tier since 2019. Here’s a breakdown of the new pricing:

> Fan Tier will rise from $7.99/month to $9.99/month.
> Mega Fan Tier will go from $11.99/month to $13.99/month.
> Ultimate Fan Tier will change from $15.99/month to $17.99/month.

If you’re currently subscribed, expect to see the new rates reflected on your next billing date after March 4th. On a positive note, the Fan Tier will now include the ability to download content for offline viewing on one device, a feature that was previously exclusive to the Mega Fan tier. This price adjustment comes in the wake of similar increases from other streaming services like HBO Max, Paramount Plus, and Disney Plus, following earlier hikes for the Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan tiers in 2024.
